陈羿君教授

个人简介

陈羿君,女,苏州大学教授,博士生导师。台湾人。现为苏州大学教育学院心理学教授,曾任华东师范大学公共行政管理学院教授。美国NILIE National Initiative for Leadership & Institutional Effectiveness)研究员、台湾树德科技大学通识教育学院(College of Liberal Art)院长。
   在教学方面,曾在台湾、大陆及美国教书多年,指导各类型研究生及本科生。以实践创新的方式带动本科生课程,运用互动方式达到教学相长的教学成效;运用理论与实务结合的教学方式引导研究生作专业探讨。
   在科研方面,曾执行研究计划曾主持国家级、省部级、地方政府及企业委托案等各类课题共40余项,学术著作12余部,并发表期刊论文(包含CSSCISSCIEITSSCI等)70余篇。
   社会兼职方面,现任苏州市心理学会的常务理事,江苏省心理学会心理测量分会的副主席,苏州工会的特聘讲师,并对企业及政府单位开设各项人力资源讲座。

I-Jun Chen, female, psychology professor of Soochow University, doctor program advisor. The former professor of Public Administration School of East Normal University. Researcher of America National Initiative for Leadership & Institutional Effectiveness. The dean of College of Liberal Art of Taiwan Shu-Te University.

In the aspect of teaching, taught for many years in Taiwan, mainland China and the United States and guided graduate and undergraduate students in various specialties. Promote undergraduate courses with a innovational and practical way, applying the interactive teaching mode to benefits teachers as well as students; using a combination of theory and practice of teaching methods to guide graduate students for professional study.

In scientific research, executed more than 40 projects on the national, provincial and local government and enterprises level, published over 12 academic works and more than 70 journal articles( including CSSCI,SSCI, EI, TSSCI) .

In social matters, incumbent in Suzhou City, Psychological Association executive director, vice chairman of Jiangsu psychological psychometric society branch, Suzhou union distinguished lecture of human resource management in enterprises and government units.
