个人简介
张鸿,苏州大学商学院副教授,博士毕业于北京大学光华管理学院。研究方向为战略管理,最近的研究兴趣包括:数字化创新与创业、企业社会责任(CSR)与利益相关者战略、战略领导力与公司治理。已在Strategic Entrepreneurship Journal、Journal of Management Studies、Management and Organization Review、Asia Pacific Journal of Management、Technological Forecasting and Social Change、《经济管理》、《外国经济与管理》等国内外重要管理学期刊发表多篇学术论文,另有多篇工作论文在Academy of Management年会等国际管理学会议报告。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项、中国博士后科学基金面上项目1项,参与国家自然科学基金项目、国家社会科学基金项目、教育部人文社会科学基金项目等国家级省部级项目多项。
