个人简介


黄河,男,1983年生,安徽合肥人,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。ACM, IEEE, CCF会员,目前担任中国计算机学会物联网专委会委员。2011年6月毕业于中国科学技术大学计算机学院软件与理论方向,导师为陈国良院士,获工学博士学位,并于同年8月加入苏州大学,2013年破格晋升副教授。目前主要从事无线网络,信息安全相关领域研究工作,具体研究内容包括了流量统计(Traffic Measurement),无线频谱资源拍卖机制研究(Spectrum Auction),移动互联网中的隐私保护问题研究(Privacy Preserving),群智感知计算(Crowdsourcing/Crowdsensing),软件定义网络(SDN),卫星网络(Satellite Networks)等。目前,已在国内外知名学术期刊、会议发表论文50余篇(其中一作/通讯作者论文近30篇,包括IEEE TPDS, IEEE TMC, IEEE TWC, IEEE INFOCOM, ACM MobiHoc, IEEE SECON、IEEE ICDCS等)。其中以第一作者在IEEE Transactions on Mobile Computing (CCF认定的计算机网络领域3个A类期刊之一), IEEE Transactions on Parallel and Distributed Systems (CCF认定的A类期刊),IEEE INFOCOM 2018, IEEE ICDCS 2017, ACM MobiHoc 2013(无线网络领域顶级会议,录用率为17%)等权威期刊会议发表论文多篇。现/曾担任IEEE MASS 2018 (CCF C), IEEE ICC 2018 (CCF C), IEEE Globecom 2017 (CCF C), IEEE MASS 2017 (CCF C), MobiHoc-MSCC 2016 Publicity Co-Chairs, BDCloud 2016, ICNC 2017, IBDC 2015, CWSN 2013-2017, IEEE CCNC 2013等会议(或workshop)的TPC member,现担任ACM/IEEE Transactions on Networking、IEEE Transactions on Mobile Computing、IEEE Transactions on Parallel and Distributed Syetems、IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology、Wireless Networks、计算机学报、计算机研究与发展、ACM MobiHoc 2014, IPSN 2015, IEEE INFOCOM 2016等期刊会议特邀审稿人。目前作为项目主持人主持国家军口863项目,国家自然科学基金面上项目,国家自然科学基金(青年基金)项目,国家教育部博士学科点基金(新教师基金),江苏省自然科学基金面上项目等8项纵向课题,累计纵向经费超过200万元。曾获得2014年度国家教育部自然科学二等奖。

此外,作为主要参与人参加了国家973,发改委重大专项等多个项目的开发。海外合作方面,与佛罗里达大学(UFL),德克萨斯大学达拉斯分校(UT Dallas)等领域内专家建立了长期稳定的合作。与此同时,与国内上海交通大学,中国科学技术大学保持良好的科研合作关系。欢迎在科研上积极主动的同学报考本人研究生。
