个人简介

李玉梅,特聘教授,博士生导师,江苏省特聘教授。2019年博士毕业于北京大学,后赴美国加州大学尔湾分校进行博士后研究具有生物学、信息学和统计学的交叉背景。曾获美国George E. Hewitt医学研究基金会博士后奖学金资助于2023年2月加盟苏州大学基础医学院,成立医学基因组与表观基因组学课题组。


李玉梅教授主要采用生物信息学方法结合高通量、多组学数据开展生物医学研究,一系列研究成果发表在PNAS, Molecular Cell, Circulation Research, Genome Biology, Genome Medicine等国际高水平杂志上

医学基因组与表观基因组学课题组主要通过运用和开发生物信息学方法,结合高通量组学数据,研究核小体相关的表观遗传调控在基础生命过程和疾病发生发展中的功能,以期理解生命过程的基本调控规律和发现其潜在的临床应用价值。


主要研究方向包括:

1)核小体相关的表观遗传调控在基础生物学过程和疾病发生发展中的功能研究;(2)基于血液等体液游离DNA的疾病无创诊断方法的开发;(3)多组学数据的处理和分析算法的评估和开发。
