个人简介
苗庆庆,博士,苏州大学医学部放射医学与防护学院特聘教授,博士生导师2010获得安徽大学化学专业学士学位,2015年获得中国科学技术大学分析化学专业博士学位。2015年至2018年在新加坡南洋理工大学化学与生物工程学院完成博士后研究。201811月加入苏州大学医学部放射医学与防护学院分子影像与核医学中心。主要从事发展荧光,分子余辉发光,光声,放射性成像探针等用于分子影像以及诊疗一体化的研究。研究领域涉及纳米医学,分子影像,转化医学等交叉领域。迄今为止在Nature Biotechnology, Angewandte Chemie International Edition, Advanced Materials等国际核心学术期刊上发表研究论文20多篇。先后获得中国专利3项、新加坡专利2项。


研究领域

1. 分子像探针的设计及其活体生物成像的应用研究;

2. 开发基于共轭聚合物,智能自组装等多功能纳米材料在生物成像及诊疗一体化的应用研究;
3. 分子影像学用于疾病早期诊断及其在精准、转化医学的探索研究。

科学研究

1. 激活探针设计及生物医学应用:针对生物蛋白酶等与生命活动相关的生物标志物设计激活探针,用于肿瘤等疾病的早期诊断;

2. 
智能自组装纳米材料的开发及生物学应用:基于多种组装体系,开发一系列智能组装纳米体系,用于生物传感、载药及可控释放,组织工程等方面的应用研究;

3. 开发光学成像、光声成像、核素成像等多种分子影像技术及其在临床肿瘤早期诊断、皮肤瘢痕、药物毒性检测等转化医学的应用研究。
