个人简介
郭树理,1975年生,湖南醴陵人,法学学士(1997年,湘潭大学)、法学硕士(2000年,湘潭大学)、法学博士(2003年,武汉大学)。现为苏州大学“精英人才”特聘教授,博士研究生导师。兼任中国国际私法学研究会常务理事、中国体育法学研究会常务理事、中国反兴奋剂中心管理咨询专家委员会委员、中国奥委会奥运会备战办公室法律顾问、国际体育仲裁院(CAS)反兴奋剂仲裁庭(ADD)仲裁员、中国体育仲裁委员会仲裁员。2000-2015年曾任教于湘潭大学法学院。由中国国家留学基金资助,曾任荷兰海牙阿瑟尔研究所国际体育法中心访问学者(2005-2006年)、美国马凯特大学全国体育法研究所访问学者(2013-2014年)、澳大利亚墨尔本大学法学院访问学者(2023-2024年)。目前主要从事国际私法学与体育法学的教学科研工作。
曾在《读书》、《中国社会科学文摘》、《中外法学》、《比较法研究》、《法学》、《法学评论》、《华东政法大学学报》、《民商法论丛》、《中国国际法年刊》、《北大国际法与比较法评论》、《朝阳大学法律评论》(台湾)、《月旦民商法杂志》(台湾)、《体育科学》、International Sports Law Journal、Marquette Sports Law Review等刊物发表文章若干。
出版有《体育纠纷的多元化救济机制探讨——比较法与国际法的视野》(独著)、《体坛说法——体育运动中的法律问题》(合著)、《外国体育法律制度专题研究》(主编)、《国际体育仲裁的理论与实践》(主编)、《什么是体育法》(主编)、《体育纠纷的调解解决——国内与国际的视野》(译著)、《体育法》(译著)等书籍。
主持体育法学方向的国家哲学社会科学基金项目4项、司法部国家法治与法学理论研究项目1项、国家体育总局决策咨询研究重点项目3项、一般项目1项、国家体育总局体育社会科学项目2项、中国法学会部级法学科研项目1项。
2010年入选中国法学创新网“中国法学新秀100”。
Professor Shuli Guo was born in Liling, Hunan Province, P. R. China in 1975. He got his LLB and LLM from Xiangtan University in 1997 and 2000, then LLD from Wuhan University in 2003. He taught at Xiangtan University Law School from 2000 to 2015 and currently works as a professor and PhD supervisor at Kenneth WangSchool of Law of Soochow University, mainly engaged in the teaching and research of private international law and sports law.
Professor Guo was a visiting scholar (funded by the China Scholarship Council) at Asser Institute International Sports Law Centre in the Netherlands from 2005 to 2006,National Sports Law Institute of Marquette University in USA from 2013 to 2014 and Melbourne University Law School in Australia from 2023 to 2024. He is currently the executive director of Chinese Society of Private International Law and China Association of Sports Law, member of Disciplinary Committee of China Anti-Doping Agency, Legal Advisor of the Chinese Olympic Committee Olympic Games Preparation Office, member of Court of Arbitration for Sport Anti-Doping Division, and arbitrator of China Commission of Arbitration for Sport.
Professor Guo has published academic papers in Dushu, Chinese Social Science Digest, Peking University Law Journal, Journal of Comparative Law, Law Science, Law Review, ECUPL Journal, Civil and Commercial Law Review, Chinese Yearbook of International Law, PKU International and Comparative Law Review, Chaoyang LawReview (Taiwan), Cross-Strait Law Review (Taiwan), China Sport Science, International Sports Law Journal, Marquette Sports Law Review, etc.
As for academic monograph, Professor Guo has published Plural Remedy Mechanisms for Sports Disputes in Perspective of Comparative Law and International Law (soleauthor), Law in Sports: Legal Problems in Sports (co-author), SpecialStudy on Foreign Sports Legal System(editor in chief), What's the Sports Law (editor in chief), Mediating Sports Disputes: National andInternational Perspectives (translation), Sports Law (translation), etc.
Professor Guo was the project host of several sports law research programs, of which four were funded by the National Social Science Fund of China, one by Ministry of Justice of China, six by General Administration of Sport of China and one by China Law Society.
In 2010, Professor Guo was elected by China Law Innovation Website as one of the “China 100 Rising Stars of Law”.
