陶陆阳男,1966年出生,医学博士,教授,博士生导师。现任法医学系主任、学科带头人,全国法医学专业教材编审委员会委员、法医学教育指导委员会委员,江苏省优势学科法医学专业负责人,苏州市司法鉴定公共科技服务平台负责人,《法医学杂志》、《Neuronal Regeneration Research》(SCI收录)、《Research and Reports in Forensic Medical Science》编委。

1989年毕业于中国医科大学法医学院,毕业后到沈阳市公安局刑事警察支队从事法医及现场勘查工作13年,期间在中国医科大学法医学院学习并取得硕士和博士学位。2003年获得省、市级科技进步三等奖各一项、市级科技创新一等奖一项;同年以教授和学科带头人身份被引进到苏州大学法医学系工作,并于2004年进入苏州大学基础医学博士后流动站,2006年被列为江苏省“青蓝工程”青年骨干教师;2007年公派到哈佛大学医学院麻省总医院神经科学中心做访问学者并在脑外伤实验室做博士后研究;2008年回国任法医学系主任至今。

到苏州大学工作以来,主持国家“863”项目子课题(课题组)1项、国家自然科学基金重点项目1项、国家自然科学基金面上项目4项、省部级课题3项,在StrokeJCBFMJ NeurotraumaNeuroscienceJ Forensic ScienceForensic Science International等国内外著名期刊发表论文80余篇。主编国家级教材1部,参编国家级“十一五”、“十二五”规划教材6部,主持教改项目3项。
