Research
We are interested in solving scientific problems related to graph machine learning, modeling of complex biological networks, and their applications in bioinformatics and pharmacology.
Complex systems and graphs: statistics and dynamics of networks, applications of ML in complex systems, collective intelligence, evolutionary game theories
ML/DL with graphs: novel methods of graph machine/deep learning, with emphases on self-supervised learning with graphs, graph generative models
AI for bioinformatics and pharmacology: deep learning for multi-omic and spatical-omic analyses, disease prediction, intelligent drug screening and design
