杨非凡,管理学博士,毕业于上海财经大学商学院人力资源系。现为苏州大学商学院智能商务与管理系讲师。研究方向包括领导力、员工主动性行为等。
研究领域
研究领域:组织行为与人力资源。 研究方向:领导力(leader self-sacrifice)、员工主动性行为(job crafting; ICT use etc),关注农民工福祉(family motivation; financial pressure)。 已在Applied Psychology、Journal of Business Research发表论文两篇。
