张允晶,本科毕业于湖南大学物理与微电子科学学院电子科学与技术系,硕士、博士(2019)毕业于同济大学电信学院童美松教授课题组,2017-2019在得州大学奥斯汀分校电机工程系Andrea Alù教授课题组(现任纽约市立大学光电研究中心主任)联合培养。
