王绍军,苏州大学光电科学与工程学院教授和博士生导师、现代光学技术教育部重点实验室副主任、第三届学术委员会委员。自2016年获博士学位以来,长期致力于“共振纳米光子学”前沿领域,以等离激元和全介电超表面为核心平台,发展水浮法无损转移工艺和微区光谱表征技术,深入探索基于非局域晶格共振效应的光子新机制,用于高效光产生、高灵敏光传感及多维光探测等方面。至今发表学术论文40余篇,其中以第一/通讯作者在Nat. Commun.、Nano Lett.、Fundam. Res.、ACS Photon.、Adv. Mater.等为代表期刊上发表SCI论文18篇;研究成果被Science、Nat. Photon.等引用2000余次,单篇最高引用超300次,H指数22。先后主持国家自然科学基金、江苏省自然科学基金等科研项目6项。受邀做国际会议特邀报告10余次;担任《激光与光电子学进展》第三、四届青年编委、中国光学工程学会光与物质相互作用专委会委员,以及IEEE IPC、META、微纳光学创新论坛等多个国内外重要会议专题组委;长期担任NC、SA、ACS Nano、ACS Photon.、AM、AFM等国际期刊的审稿人。指导的学生获中国科协青年人才托举工程、江苏省优秀硕士学位论文、中国激光杂志社首届“青衿奖”提名奖、䇹政学者等多项荣誉。
