朱珂,特聘教授,博士生导师,江苏省特聘教授,国家自然科学基金优秀青年基金(海外)获得者。2013年于南开大学/美国Rush大学医学中心联合培养获博士学位。2013年至2023年于Rush大学医学中心进行科研训练,历任博士后研究员、讲师,2023年至2024年于美国德州大学医学部任职助理教授。2024年7月起任职苏州大学基础医学院特聘教授。2024年12月起担任医学生物化学与分子生物学系系主任。
朱珂教授是国际华人骨科学会(ICMRS)终身会员。近年来以第一作者/通讯作者在Science Translational Medicine (2023), Nature Metabolism (2023), Journal of Clinical Investigation (2021), Nature Communications (2020)等国际主流期刊发表论文多篇。2014年获美国骨矿协会青年研究员Travel Grant,担任Nature Metabolism, Journal of Clinical Investigation, Journal of Clinical Endocrinology&Metabolism及Journal of Orthopaedic Translation等多个SCI杂志审稿专家。受邀在美国骨矿协会年会(ASBMR)及美国肾脏协会年会(ASN)进行口头报告 (oral presentation)。
先后主持国家自然科学基金优秀青年基金(海外)、江苏省特聘教授科研基金、苏州大学特聘教授启动资金、美国NIH R01 (因回国退出) 等。课题组与美国西北大学、伊利诺伊大学芝加哥分校、Rush大学医学中心、德州大学医学部、南方科技大学、清华大学、南开大学等国内外著名大学相关实验室建立良好的合作关系。

主要运用转录组学、蛋白质组学、疾病的人源化动物模型及AI等技术,鉴定疾病状态下血液和细胞水平的致病因子,并开展靶向治疗研究。主要研究方向:
