李艾苏，女，1993年3月生，江苏常州人。本科、硕士均毕业于苏州大学教育学院心理学系。2018年9月获国家留学基金委博士研究生全额奖学金（48个月）资助，赴阿姆斯特丹自由大学攻读博士学位，2024年5月以优等荣誉（Cum Laude）毕业。同年8月入职苏州大学心理学系，任讲师（校优秀青年学者）。主要研究方向为知觉、注意和记忆，迄今以第一作者发表论文12篇，主持国家自然科学基金和江苏省自然科学基金青年项目各1项。
