1. 药物递送系统与智能制造: 药物递送系统的设计与开发(如蛋白质、聚合物、脂质体等包载的药物纳米晶)，递送效应与治疗机制，及其连续自动化制造。
2. 生物医用大分子与功能材料: 功能性生物医用大分子及其组装体、复合材料的开发与应用，如纳米药物，医学影像造影剂，医用涂层材料等。
3. 生物矿化: 生理、病理性生物矿化机理与控制，仿生矿化材料设计。
