我现任苏州大学商学院讲师。我毕业于波士顿大学，获经济学博士学位。我的研究领域涵盖劳动经济学、发展经济学、环境经济学和公司金融。我致力于研究社会规范和公共政策如何影响个人行为、企业环境绩效与创新，以及环境变化对个人福祉的影响。我在处理家庭、个人和企业的微观层面数据方面拥有丰富的经验。我擅长高级计量经济学方法，并熟练掌握多种编程语言和计算平台。
