康健,副教授,硕士生导师,2013年获得哈尔滨工业大学电子信息工程系学士学位,同年获得推免本校研究生资格,2015年获得电子与通信工程专业硕士学位,2019年获得德国慕尼黑工业大学(TUM)地球观测信号处理系(SiPEO,现为地球观测数据科学系)博士学位,2019到2020年,在德国柏林工业大学(TU Berlin)电子工程及计算机技术学院从事博士后研究工作,2020年受聘苏州大学优秀青年学者。发表第一及通讯作者SCI论文19篇,其中2篇为ESI高被引论文,10余篇为领域内顶级期刊文章。目前是IEEE会员,江苏省人工智能学会(JSAI)会员,中国图象图形学学会(CSIG)会员,Frontiers in Signal Processing编委,IEEE JSTARS客座编辑,MDPI Remote Sensing客座编辑,雷达学报客座编辑。长期担任IEEE TNNLS/TGRS/ISPRS P&RS/IEEE GRSM/PR等期刊审稿人。英文个人主页:[jiankang1991.github.io].
