自2010年进入中科院进行科学研究起,一直从事半导体微纳材料及传感器研究,特别是柔性/可拉伸硅微纳结构的设计制备及其柔性可穿戴传感器,面向医疗健康和机器人应用,具有丰富的研究经验和知识技术积累。曾参与国家重大研究计划项目(973)、国家自然科学基金重点项目、国家自然科学基金面上项目等多项国家级项目的研究。目前主持国家自然科学基金青年项目,江苏省自然科学基金青年项目各1项,作为主要参与者承担国家自然科学基金国合重点项目1项。已在Adv. Mater.,Adv. Funct. Mater., Angew. Chem. Inter. Ed.,Nano Lett.等国际期刊发表研究论文30余篇;申请/授权发明专利10项。
