(1)校内或校外保研的同学,除本院提供的2万元科研经费外,本实验室提供5千至1万元科研经费在读研期间参加学术会议使用;对于校内外免试研究生,将在大三下学期开始提前预培养并享受科研补贴。校内免试研究生与统招学生可提前进入实验室学习,并结合本科毕业设计提升各方面能力;

(2)只要踏实勤奋、积极上进,均可报考本实验室。本实验室有完整、具体的科研奖励条例,读研期间表现突出者,将推荐申请研究生奖学金、科研基金、额外提供科研补贴、奖励以及优先赞助其参加海内外学术交流和赴海外知名高校深造。
