OverviewProfessor Chengliang Zhao received Ph.D. degrees in Optics from Zhejiang University, China, in 2009. He began to work in Soochow University as an assistant professor since June 2009, then he was employed as an associated professor since June 2011, and was employed as a full professor since July 2018. From August 2013 to August 2015 and from August 2017 to August 2018, he was working as ‘guest’ government employee in Suzhou New District and in Department of Science, Technology and Informatization of Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China. He is now the deputy dean of School of Physical Science and Technology, Soochow University. His interests include light modulation, coherent optics, optical tweezers and diffraction imaging, etc. He has already authored more than 100 journal papers and 6 patents.
