Fei Gu is an Associate Professor and Outstanding Young Scholar at Soochow University. He currently serves as Deputy Director of the Department of Software Engineering and Secretary of the Party Branch at the School of Computer Science and Technology, Soochow University. He is a Senior Member of CCF, an Executive Committee Member of the CCF Technical Committee on Digital Medicine, a member of MICS, a member of IEEE and ACM, a Gusu Innovation and Entrepreneurship Leading Talent, and a think-tank expert of the Jiangsu Digital Economy Society. In 2023, he served as a member of the 16th Science and Technology Vice-Mayor Delegation and worked as Deputy Director of the Digital Industry Development Office of Taihu New City (East Taihu Lake) Tourism Resort, contributing to local digital industry development and university-industry collaboration.
His research interests include mobile computing, smart healthcare, edge intelligence, and intelligent sensing. He has published more than 50 papers in international journals and conferences related to computer networks and smart healthcare, including over 20 papers in CCF A/B-ranked venues or SCI Q1/Q2 journals. He has also applied for or been granted nearly 20 national invention patents. He has led several provincial- and ministerial-level research projects, including the Young Scientists Fund of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, and key projects of the Natural Science Foundation of Jiangsu Higher Education Institutions. He has also participated in the development of the Soochow University Collaborative Innovation Center for Smart IoT and Xinchuang Software, as well as several industry-sponsored projects.
He actively contributes to academic and professional communities. He serves as a committee member of the CCF Technical Committee on Pervasive Computing, the Jiangsu Computer Society Technical Committee on Networks and Distributed Computing, and the Jiangsu Computer Society Technical Committee on Cloud Computing. He is also an academic committee member of CCF YOCSEF Suzhou and a council member of the Suzhou Health Information Society. He has chaired several influential CCF YOCSEF Suzhou technical forums. In particular, the forum “How Far Can Data-Driven Cognitive Intelligence Go?” attracted more than 3,000 participants and received extensive media coverage, achieving strong academic communication and public outreach impact. In student mentoring, he emphasizes research-driven learning, project-based training, competition-based development, and outcome-oriented growth. He has guided students to achieve excellent results in CCF programming contests, algorithm design competitions, and other academic competitions.
谷飞,苏州大学副教授、优秀青年学者,苏州大学计算机科学与技术学院软件工程系副主任、党支部书记。现为 CCF 高级会员、CCF 数字医学分会执行委员、MICS 委员、IEEE/ACM 会员、姑苏创新创业领军人才、江苏省数字经济学会智库专家。2023 年作为第十六批科技镇长团团员,挂职太湖新城(东太湖)旅游度假区数字产业发展办公室副主任,服务地方数字产业发展与产学研协同创新。
主要从事移动计算、智慧医疗、边缘智能与智能感知等方向研究,已在计算机网络与智慧医疗相关领域发表论文 50 余篇,其中 CCF A/B 类、SCI 一区或二区论文 20 余篇;申请或授权国家技术发明专利近 20 项。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、中国博士后科学基金项目、江苏省高校自然科学基金重点项目等多项省部级以上课题,参与苏州大学智慧物联信创软件协同创新中心建设及多项企业横向课题落地。
同时,担任 CCF 普适计算专委会委员、江苏省计算机学会网络与分布式计算专委会委员、江苏省计算机学会云计算专委会委员、CCF YOCSEF 苏州学术委员、苏州卫生信息学会理事等职务。曾主持多场 CCF YOCSEF 苏州高影响力技术论坛,其中“数据驱动的认知智能能走多远?”论坛总参会超过 3000 人次,并获多家媒体报道,取得良好的学术传播与社会科普效果。近年来,多次指导学生在 CCF 程序设计大赛、算法设计比赛等赛事中获得优异成绩,形成了“科研牵引、项目驱动、竞赛促进、成果导向”的学生培养特色。

He received his Ph.D. in Computer Architecture from Beihang University in 2019, his M.S. from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics in 2014, and his B.S. from Yangzhou University in 2011.
