杨非凡,苏州大学商学院智能商务与管理系讲师(优秀青年学者),上海财经大学商学院人力资源管理专业博士(2024年1月)。

在攻读博士学位之前,他于2015至2018年间担任上海市大学生村官,这段基层经历深刻影响了他关注社会现实问题的研究取向。他的研究围绕三大主题展开:

1)弱势群体福祉(聚焦老年人再就业与家庭动机)

2)未来工作设计(涵盖工作重塑、混合办公及人工智能的职场影响)

3)领导力(聚焦领导者自我牺牲与自利行为)


其研究成果已发表于《Journal of Organizational Behavior》《Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology》《Applied Psychology》《Journal of Business Research》《Small Business Economics》等国际期刊。

杨非凡博士现任《Applied Psychology》副主编,并于2025年荣获美国管理学会(AOM)管理认知分会杰出审稿人奖。

Feifan Yang is a Lecturer/Assistant Professor in the Department of Intelligent Business and Management at the Business School, Soochow University. He received his Ph.D. in Human Resource Management from the College of Business, Shanghai University of Finance and Economics (January 2024).


Prior to his doctoral studies, he served as a Village Official for College Graduates in Shanghai (2015–2018), an experience that profoundly shaped his commitment to research with real-world social impact. His research centers on three interconnected themes:

1. The welfare of disadvantaged groups (focusing on older worker reemployment and family motivation)

2. Future work design (encompassing job crafting, hybrid work, and the workplace implications of artificial intelligence)

3. Leadership (focusing on leader self-sacrifice and self-serving behaviors)


His work has been published in journals such as the Journal of Organizational Behavior, Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, Applied Psychology, Journal of Business Research, and Small Business Economics.

Dr. Yang serves as an Associate Editor for Applied Psychology and received the Outstanding Reviewer Award from the Managerial and Organizational Cognition Division of the Academy of Management in 2025.

Teaching and enrollment: At Soochow University, he teaches courses including Performance and Compensation Management, Management Communication, and Artificial Intelligence and Business AnalyticsHe recruits one master's student per year; prospective students are welcome to contact him via email after admission is confirmed (not at the start of the new semester). Please note that due to his current academic title, he is unable to accept applications from international students.
