严文颖,博士,副教授。2008年和2013年分别于苏州大学获得信息与计算科学理学学士和系统生物学理学博士学位,期间于2011年到2012年间国家公派访问芬兰奥卢大学。2013年至2016年间苏州大学附属第一医院从事博士后研究。2016年起入职苏州大学。目前在Briefings in Bioinformatics、Journal of Chemical Information and Modeling、Clinical and Translational Medicine、Journal of Translational Medicine、Journal of Experimental & Clinical Cancer Research等信息学和转化医学相关的 SCI 杂志上发表论文50余篇,其中第一和通讯作者论文28篇,获得授权发明专利5项,软件著作权6项,以第一副主编的身份参与撰写专著及教材2本。主持完成国家自然科学基金青年项目1 项、参与完成国家自然科学基金项目5项,作为骨干参与完成江苏省重点研发计划(社会发展)项目1项。目前为中国生物信息学学会转化信息学与数据共享安全专委会委员、江苏省医学会医学信息学分会委员。

主要从事生物医学多模态数据的融合分析并基于此构建人工智能模型,特别是多尺度生物网络模型的构建、分析与应用,尝试从分子、细胞、表型等刻画并预测癌症(特别是胃癌)的发生发展,为理解癌症的演变机制、生物标志物的识别、癌症的诊疗等提供理论指导。
