1996年苏州大学本科毕业,1999年苏州大学硕士研究生毕业并留校任教。2008年在苏州大学在职获得博士学位。2014年晋升教授。中国化学会、江苏省化学会、江苏省“有机化学”重点实验室、江苏省“无机化学”重点学科以及苏州大学“无机化学”精品课程群成员。完成一项国家自然科学基金青年基金项目和两项国家自然科学基金面上项目。在国内外核心化学期刊如Appl. Catal. B Environ., Organometallics,Cryst.Growth Des.,Dalton Trans.等发表正式论文十余篇。获2009年中国石油和化学工业协会科技进步二等奖、2010年江苏省科学技术奖二等奖、2011年教育部高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖(科学技术)自然科学奖二等奖等省部级科研奖励。广泛参与各种学术交流,是多个国内国际学术会议的组织者和分会主持人。

主持两项国家自然科学基金:
基于多齿膦配体的配位超分子的设计、组装与性能研究(20901054),已结题;
新型PNP配体的设计、合成及其配合物在催化C-C偶联反应中的应用(21271134),已结题;
含多膦配体的银、金配合物光催化剂的设计合成及其在催化降解水体芳基污染物中的应用(21671144),已结题。
在多齿膦配体的设计、合成与性能研究
1 先后开发出了系列四膦,P-N混合配体以及P-S混合配体。利用这些配体与Cu(I)、Ag(I)、Ni(II)等金属进行配位组装,获得了结构丰富的单核、双核配合物和一维、二维、三维配位聚合物。发现设计得到的这些配体多具有较强的配位能力,如与Ag(I)就先后得到了分子花篮状和二维平面型;一维螺旋链、双股链、二维阶梯状;乃至由二维[Ag10(CN)12]n2n-阴离子型网格穿插成的含孔道的三维网络中容纳[Ag4(CN)2(L)4]n2n+的阳离子双股链而得到的离子型一维-二维-三维混合结构。还发现部分配体在反应中可以原位转化为新颖的其它结构并得到新型配合物。
2 对所得配合物的应用性研究。用所得产物开展了催化己内酯聚合、催化Suzuki偶联反应、光催化环境污染物降解等方面的研究。近年来,陆续发现了所得产物与Ag配合物中产生稳定的蓝色有机自由基,与Au所得配合物的独特荧光性质用于溶剂响应和肿瘤细胞标记,以及用于热-小分子气体响应及荧光开关等方面的性能。
3 目前,正致力于新的混合型膦配体的设计合成及其在组装新Au、Ag簇合物在荧光传感和标记等方面的研究。

1 先后开发出了系列四膦,P-N混合配体以及P-S混合配体。利用这些配体与Cu(I)、Ag(I)、Ni(II)等金属进行配位组装,获得了结构丰富的单核、双核配合物和一维、二维、三维配位聚合物。发现设计得到的这些配体多具有较强的配位能力,如与Ag(I)就先后得到了分子花篮状和二维平面型;一维螺旋链、双股链、二维阶梯状;乃至由二维[Ag10(CN)12]n2n-阴离子型网格穿插成的含孔道的三维网络中容纳[Ag4(CN)2(L)4]n2n+的阳离子双股链而得到的离子型一维-二维-三维混合结构。还发现部分配体在反应中可以原位转化为新颖的其它结构并得到新型配合物。
2 对所得配合物的应用性研究。用所得产物开展了催化己内酯聚合、催化Suzuki偶联反应、光催化环境污染物降解等方面的研究。近年来,陆续发现了所得产物与Ag配合物中产生稳定的蓝色有机自由基,与Au所得配合物的独特荧光性质用于溶剂响应和肿瘤细胞标记,以及用于热-小分子气体响应及荧光开关等方面的性能。
3 目前,正致力于新的混合型膦配体的设计合成及其在组装新Au、Ag簇合物在荧光传感和标记等方面的研究。
